Scope: This project includes site clearing and grading, building and natatorium construction, and LOSS and water systems on south Whidbey Island.

Anticipated Construction Cost: $19,000,000 to $20,000,000 + WSST

Time for Completion: Construction is anticipated to take approximately 18 months.

Prebid: MANDATORY site visit on either June 11, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. or June 18, 2025 at 9:00 A.M.
