Small Works Roster – Nooksack Valley SD
Washington State Law, as amended, provides that public works projects such as building improvements or repairs undertaken by public school districts may be awarded through certain prescribed procedures to responsible contractors who have requested to be listed on the “Small Works Roster”. Small Works is defined to include projects that are estimated to cost less than $350,000.00.
The Nooksack Valley School District invites responsible contractors having an interest in bidding on unspecified small works, to submit their names for inclusion on a “Small Works Roster”.

Small Works Roster – Port of Anacortes
Port of Anacortes is accepting applications to be placed on the Small Works Roster of the Port. Applicants, where required by law, must be properly licensed or registered to perform work in the State of Washington. Contractors whose names appear on the Small Works Roster may be contacted from time to time to submit job proposals for work with an estimated cost of $350,000 or less excluding state sales tax (RCW 39.04.152 and RCW 53.08.120).

2025 MRSC Small Public Works & Vendor Rosters
The Municipal Research and Services Center of Washington (MRSC) hereby advertises on behalf of the below listed local government agencies in Western Washington (Whatcom, Skagit, San Juan, Island, Snohomish, King, Pierce, and Thurston counties) for their projected needs for small public works, and for consulting services throughout 2023. Notice is hereby given that Skagit PUD is accepting applications from contractors seeking approval for listing upon Skagit PUD’s Small Works Roster. Each contractor must already be properly registered and licensed as a general or specialty contractor per RCW 39.04.350 to perform work in the State of Washington. Contractors whose names appear on the Roster may submit job proposals for contracts in the amount less than Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000.00) (RCW 39.04.152).

The Skagit Conservation District maintains a Small Works Roster, which is used to secure bid proposals from contractors for conservation public works projects estimated to cost less than $350,000. Town of Concrete 2025 Small Works Roster
The Town of Concrete is soliciting applications from “contractors” to be placed on the Town’s Small Works Roster. All applicants must be licensed or registered, as required by law to work in the State of Washington. Contractors appearing on the small works roster may be contacted from time to time to submit job proposals for Public Works projects pursuant to R.C.W. 35.23.352(3) and R.C.W. 39.04.155.

WA State Parks – Small Works Roster
WA State Parks switched to the statewide small works roster through MRSC. To continue receiving small works opportunities after June 30, 2024 you must register for the State Parks Statewide Small Works Roster.
The State Parks Statewide Small Works Roster is a list of contractors used for public works projects under $350,000, making it easier for contractors to compete and reducing bidding costs. It is used for various small-scale construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance projects, helping State Parks quickly find qualified contractors based on type, location, and scope of work.
Contractors can apply to join the roster through MRSC Rosters’ online application process. Approved contractors receive notifications and opportunities for small public works projects and must keep their information updated.
How to join the Roster:
Qualify: Make sure you are licensed, bonded, insured, registered with the Washington Department of Labor and Industries (L&I), and have a WA UBI number.
Apply: Complete the Statewide Small Works Roster application at MRSC and select State Parks.
Bid: Once approved, State Parks will send bid notifications to firms on the roster. Follow the instructions in the email to bid.

Swinomish Tribal Community Small Works Roster Invitation To Qualify
The Swinomish Tribal Community Planning department and its Divisions are seeking qualified Contractors and Professionals to submit to Qualify to be listed on our Small Works Roister. We invite you and you’re Firm to participate in this process. Any person, firm, or corporation desiring to pre-qualify to bid/propose upon any Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Testing, Study or improvement of any Swinomish Tribal land are required to be registered with L&I, be bonded and insured, be able to obtain a Swinomish Business License, an active registration in SAM.gov if a contractor( https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration ) , a fully completed Standard Questionnaire and Financial Statement and be deemed qualified will then be placed on the Small Works Roister.
The Swinomish Tribal Community Small Works Roister dollar limit is $250,000. This limit applies to projects that are estimated to cost less than $250,000. The small works roster is a list of licensed contractors and professionals that SITC Planning and its Divisions can use to request bids and estimates on projects.

Marysville School District No. 25 Small Works Roster
RCW 39.04.155, known as the Common Small Works Roster Procedure, and RCW 28A.335.190, known as the Public School Bid Law, provide that school districts establish a Small Works Roster of qualified contractors who wish to receive bidding information and be considered for performing work on public works projects estimated to cost less than three hundred thousand dollars ($350,000).
Applications are now being received by the Marysville School District Purchasing Department, 4220 80th St. N.E., Marysville, Washington 98270-3498, for contractors who wish to be placed on the District’s Small Works Roster for 2024/2025. Applicants must be able to fulfill the following qualifications:
1. Be a registered contractor in the State of Washington.

3. Provide current Certificate of Insurance naming Marysville School District #25 as “certificate holder”.

Lynden School District #504 solicits interested, licensed contractors for inclusion on its Small Works Roster. This invitation is in accordance with RCW 28A.335 and RCW 39.04. This roster will identify those qualified contractors interested in submitting proposals on projects estimated to cost not more than $300,000.
Qualified contractors not already registered with the district purchasing services department are required to submit an application for inclusion on the Small Works Roster.

The Camano Vista water District hereby solicits names of contractors for such roster.
Typical work includes:

Small Works Roster -Skagit County Fire Protection District No. 6
Interested Contractors: The Skagit County Fire Protection District No. 6 is establishing a Small Works Roster for 2024 to expedite the solicitation and award of bids on small public works projects up to $350,000. Public works include all work, construction, alteration, repair, or improvement other than ordinary maintenance, executed at the cost of the District, or which is by law a lien or charge upon District property. The purpose of the Small Works Roster is to form a pool of contractors for various small construction projects.
The projects will require in general that:
· Prevailing wages be paid and documented in compliance with Chapter 39.12, RCW;
· A performance bond be executed in compliance with Chapter 39.08, RCW, before beginning work;

The Camano Vista water District gives notice of the existence of a Small Works Roster for public works maintained by the District. The District hereby solicits names of contractors for such roster.
Typical work includes: (1) new construction and repair of water pipelines, wells and appurtenances; (2) incidental repair, excavation, ditching, draining/erosion control, and paving of street or road; (3) electrical work, including testing, repair and assessment; (4) tree removal and landscaping: (5) surveying; and (6) construction and/or remodeling of structures such as well houses, reservoirs, offices, pump houses, and storage sheds.
Contractors who are interested in being considered for the award of such contracts are invited to complete a Small Works Roster application, which is available from the District. The application will be reviewed and kept on file for the remainder of the period; the application will include a statement of intent to pay prevailing wages.
The District will select qualified contractors from whom a detailed proposal and quotation will be requested for any specific project.

Interested Contractors: The Skagit County Fire Protection District No. 6 is establishing a Small Works Roster for 2022 to expedite the solicitation and award of bids on small public works projects up to $350,000.
Public works include all work, construction, alteration, repair, or improvement other than ordinary maintenance, executed at the cost of the District, or which is by law a lien or charge upon District property.
The purpose of the Small Works Roster is to form a pool of contractors for various small construction projects. The projects will require in general that: • Prevailing wages be paid and documented in compliance with Chapter 39.12, RCW; • A performance bond be executed in compliance with Chapter 39.08, RCW, before beginning work; • The contactor holds a Washington State Contractor’s License; • The contractor delivers a certificate of insurance naming the District as an additional insured before beginning work; • The contractor provides a completed and accurate application and W-9 form.
When the need to have a small public work performed is identified, all qualified bidders recorded on the Small Works Roster in the appropriate category or categories shall be invited to bid.
Any bidder who does not respond to a small works roster invitation to bid will be removed from that category or categories of the Small Works Roster. A written response of “No Bid” shall be sufficient response to retain a vendor on the Small Works Roster.

Lynden School District #504 solicits interested, licensed contractors for inclusion on its Small Works Roster.
This roster will identify those qualified contractors interested in submitting proposals on projects estimated to cost not more than $300,000.
Qualified contractors not already registered with the district purchasing services department are required to submit an application for inclusion on the Small Works Roster.

Small-Works Roster-Port of Anacortes
The Port of Anacortes is accepting applications to be placed on the Small Works Roster of the Port. Applicants, where required by law, must be properly licensed or registered to perform work in the State of Washington.
Contractors whose names appear on the Small Works Roster may be contacted from time to time to submit job proposals for contracts in the amount of $300,000 or less.
