Scope: The Lummi Nation Natural Resources Department (LNR) wishes to solicit bids for the construction of the South Fork Nooksack River Cavanaugh Island Phase 2 Restoration Project, an aquatic habitat restoration project in the South Fork Nooksack River (Figures 1, 2, 3, and 4).

Prebid: April 15, 2026 – A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting on site with the Project Engineer and the LNR project manager from 9:00 am – ~12:30 pm. To submit a proposal, the contractor representative MUST attend the entire site visit.
