City Security Services 83B-2025
The City of Bellingham is inviting qualified contractors to provide security and safety patrols in various locations of the City. Which include various Parks and Public Works Buildings. The contractor shall protect parks from crime and vandalism, secure buildings and facilities, notify park patrons of park regulations including park hours, and provide de-escalation/outreach services at selected City Parks and facilities. Patrol focus will be determined by the City’s Project Manager in coordination with the Contractor.

The Purchasing Office at must receive the electronic bids proposals through the City Bid portal ‘’Procureware’’ https://cob.procureware.com/ no later than 11:00 AM on November 25, 2025. The Electronic sealed bids proposals will be opened and read after the 11:00 AM deadline. The City reserves the right to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject all bids/quotes/proposals or parts of bids/quotes/proposals as may be in the best interest of the City.

2026 Personal and Purchased Services Rosters
Skagit PUD hereby solicits Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms possessing experience and resources needed for routine project work with a contract value less than $120,000. Projects where the scope of services exceeds $120,000 will be advertised separately. Disciplines for which Skagit PUD anticipates a need for repeat, smaller dollar services include the following Disciplines:
Fiberglass Tank Structure Repair, Inspection and Testing
Piping and Reservoir Painting Design and Inspection Services
Dissolved Gas Analysis, using Duval’s Triangle
Wetland Assessment
Archeology
Environmental Permitting
Land Acquisition & Appraisal
Stream Gauging Website Solution
Water Rights Technical Assistance
NOTE: Multiple disciplines submittals must be under one cover along with firms General Information. If you are submitting for more than one discipline, label each submittal.

Firms desiring consideration are encouraged to submit a PDF file of SOQ to Catherine Price, contract coordinator, price@SkagitPUD.org by 2 p.m. on Wednesday, December 10, 2025.
Skagit PUD’s Personal & Purchased Services Rosters shall consist of all responsible firms that have submitted the necessary SOQ to be on the roster. Firms may be added at any time. SOQ will be kept on file for calendar year 2026, or longer at Skagit PUD’s discretion. If Skagit PUD develops potential scopes of work, the existing roster will be evaluated in accordance with Skagit PUD procurement practices. This is not a Request for Proposals.
