The District requests that interested parties respond with a brief electronic statement of qualifications (“SOQ”) in pdf form with file size limited to 10mb or less. Please provide firm name and address, recent project experience, brief resumes of principal employees and other information that you feel would assist the District in its evaluation and selection of professional service providers for future projects*. SOQ Consultant Roster – WSU
Washington State University periodically requires consultant services less than $300,000.00 for planning, design, special studies, inspections, and construction related services. The Department of Facilities Services maintains a Consultant Roster for these services as allowed by RCW 39.80.
Once registered, Consultants will be selected from the Consultant Roster on the basis of specific project requirements and in conformance with the Department of Facilities Services policy.

Public Utility District No. l of Skagit County (“District”) hereby solicits Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consulting firms possessing the required experience and resources needed for any/all of the following Disciplines: Engineering Design for Water Pipeline Systems including, hydraulic modeling, permit acquisition, and corrosion control. Engineering Design for Drinking Water Treatment and Water Distribution Equipment, plants, pump stations, reservoirs, telemetry, SCADA etc. Land Surveying services. Geotechnical Investigation, Analysis and Evaluation. Statements of Qualifications must clearly demonstrate the ability of the respondent firm(s) in the following Significant Evaluation Factors: Cover Page (maximum 1 page, include Discipline(s) applying for). General Information (maximum of 3 pages): Overview of Firm (History, Mission, Vision and Goals) Proximity to Skagit County Project Management Methodology Discipline Specific Information (maximum of 5 pages) per Discipline as described above): Experience of the firm for the submitted Discipline. Provide examples of five projects within the last 10 years, including Scope, Project Team, Specialty Subcontractors and Client Contact. Qualifications of the staff currently working/assigned to the discipline. Excellence in past performance.
NOTE: Multiple Discipline submittals must be under one cover along with the firm’s General Information. If you are submitting for one Discipline, your SOQ will be a maximum of 9 pages. If you are submitting in two Disciplines, (label each Discipline) you will submit one SOQ consisting of no more than 14 pages; three Disciplines will be limited to a maximum of 19 pages; and so on.

Our on-call list of qualified firms will remain open and SOQ information will be kept on file for two years. Project assignments will be made as needed to the most qualified firms in each category after fee proposal and professional services agreement negotiation.

RFQ: Furnish Architectural, Engineering, Surveying, Architectural Landscaping, Construction Inspection, And Other Land-Use Consulting Services
The Town of Friday Harbor is inviting qualified individuals and firms to submit a Statement of Qualification and Consulting Services Application for firms interested in furnishing professional architectural, engineering, architectural landscaping, surveying, construction inspection and other land use consulting services for the 2013 calendar year in conjunction with Town sponsored and/or federally funded projects. The Town operates water, sewer, stormwater, street, and refuse collection systems.
Statement of Qualification and Consulting Services Applications will be reviewed, placed on file for 2013, and will be used as a source from which to select one or more qualified firms from whom a detailed proposal will be requested for any specific project. Due to the ongoing nature of the projects throughout the year consultants not selected will not be notified.
