RFQ Architectural Services
Skagit County Public Hospital District No. 1 dba Skagit Regional Health Request for Qualifications for Architectural services related to conceptual design or remodel design for multiple upcoming projects in 2020.
All projects will have a value of less than $300,000.00 and will be considered Small Works Projects.
The Architect selected may also be asked to provide services for other projects in the upcoming year.
Scope of Work: Consultant to provide full architecture services, from initial programming to SD, DD, CD, bidding or negotiating and CA as well as coordination with all permitting agencies including DOH. Contractual agreements with the selected firm will conform to Washington State fee guidelines for basic services.
Proposal Requirements and Format: Interested firms must submit 4 copies of their statement of qualifications no later than 11:00 am on Friday April 24, 2020; submittal location will be identified in additional information packet.

In order to have your qualifications considered, your team will need previous experience in hospital and clinic medical projects. The owner will review the information submitted in the written Statements of Qualification and based upon that review, shall conduct discussions with one or more firms from which a selection may be made, or the owner may choose to go through a formal interview process.
SOQ Cornwall Park – Covered Pickleball Courts 27B-2020
The City of Bellingham is seeking Statements of Qualifications to provide site analysis & feasibility studies, planning, design, engineering, permitting, cost estimating and all other related services for the Cornwall Park – Covered Pickleball Courts project.
Currently, Cornwall Park has nine, existing, outdoor Pickleball courts and two, existing, outdoor tennis courts. This work includes, but is not limited to, covering all and/or some of the existing court area(s).
The City invites all interested parties to respond to this Request of Qualifications (RFQ) by submitting their qualifications.

Architectural and Engineering Consultant Services for Design, Documentation, Bid Assistance for new City Operations Center Vehicle/Equipment Storage Building 36B-2020
Description: The Public Works Department is seeking qualifications from interested architectural and engineering consultants to aid in development of a project leading to construction of a Vehicle/Equipment Storage Building. This expansion of the current Operations Center will involve replacement of the existing WTA building and Wash Rack Building. The current WTA building is located at 2221 Nevada Street. The City is looking to replace the existing WTA building with a new vehicle and equipment storage building that will include heated vehicle and equipment storage and workshop spaces. The new single-story building will include restroom facilities, Operations wood shop, vehicle storage space for: 6 Vactor trucks, 3 street sweepers, snow and ice equipment, tractors, mowers, operations vehicles and equipment, and incorporation of a new wash rack into the building. The scope of work will include programming, pre-design and feasibility, planning, design, construction documentation for bidding. The consultant tasks shall take place within a schedule anticipating completion of building design and permitting by November 2020. The selected consultant will work with the City to ensure all bid documents are consistent with and can be incorporated into the bid package for the City Operations Admin Building, currently scheduled to be bid in late 2020 or early 2021.

Whatcom County is generally announcing its projected requirements for certain professional architectural, engineering, and other consulting services including recycling, education, environmental protection and restoration, waste and pollution prevention, planning and management services, for the first half of calendar year 2020. To be considered, firms must submit all the information requested in the RFQ document.
