Prebid: An additional mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the site, Thursday August 21st on site, 4920 Rural Avenue, Ferndale, WA for those prime contractors who are not listed on the sign-in sheet of the August 7th site visit.  Bidders who attended the August 7th pre-bid are not required to attend.

Location: 4920 Rural Ave, Ferndale, WA 98248

Scope: New construction of 6023 sf market for tribal vendors and associated site work. The scope includes mechanical and electrical systems and ADA compliance. The market has split face CMU walls supporting steel trusses and standing seam metal roof. At the upper wall area, the CMU is covered by fiber cement board to resemble cedar siding. Mechanical equipment is concealed on a flat portion of the roof behind parapet walls. The building has storefront windows and 8 overhead sectional doors. The facility includes two restrooms.

Project cost range:  is anticipated to be under $4,300,000

Time for Completion: Project is scheduled for 10 months of construction.
