Scope: The work under this Contract generally includes surface preparation and recoating the exterior of the Harvey Road Reservoir, a steel potable water tank that measures 52 feet in diameter and 80 feet in height. External appurtenances include a spiral staircase. The project is located within a wooded area East of Harvey Road and North of H Street in the City of Blaine, Washington

Completion: substantial completion shall be achieved no later than 120 working days

Estimated Cost: $150,000 to $180,000, not including sales tax where applicable

Job Walk: A job site walk will be held on June 16, 2025 at 9:30am in the City of Blaine Public Works Conference Room at 1200 Yew Avenue, Blaine, WA. – by Add01
