RFP Developer Services: Pad D Waterfront Hotel Development Opportunity
The Port of Anacortes invites qualified development teams to submit proposals for the ground lease and development of a hotel on Pad D, a premier waterfront site within the Port’s Cap Sante Marina district.
The Port is seeking a developer with demonstrated experience in hospitality and mixed-use development to design, finance, construct, and operate a high-quality hotel that enhances the waterfront experience and supports the region’s growing visitor economy.

Columbia River Bridge Replacement
The Columbia River Bridge Replacement Project, located in Vancouver, Washington, and Portland, Oregon, is part of the IBR Program, which will complete new multi-modal Columbia River Bridges carrying I-5 over the Columbia River in the northbound and southbound directions, including SR 14 interchange ramp connections, Hayden Island interchange ramp connections, and existing bridge removal. This project will be in Clark County, WA and Multnomah County, OR.

SR 16, Burley Creeks – Remove Fish Barriers

To comply with United States et al. vs. Washington, et al. No. C70-9213 Subproceeding No. 01-1 dated March 29, 2013 (a federal permanent injunction requiring the State of Washington to correct fish barriers), the Washington State Department of Transportation is proposing a project to provide fish passage at five (5) crossings of SR 16 in Kitsap County with fish passable structures in compliance with the federal injunction regarding fish passage underneath WSDOT highways. This project will remove existing barriers to fish migration at the following SR 16 stream crossings and replace them with fish-passable structures:

SR 519, Seattle Trm – Terminal Electrification

Build the necessary infrastructure and power supply to enable charging of hybrid electric ferries at Colman Dock Slips #1 and #3. The design-build contractor will work closely and collaboratively with the Washington State Ferries, systems integrator, vessel charging system (VCS) supplier, and Seattle City Light to provide a complete system.

Design/Build SR 112, E Fork Whiskey Creek – Remove Fish Barriers
Submittal due date and time: Estimated value: $210,000,000 – $230,000,000
This project will remove twelve (12) existing fish barriers from separate site locations along SR 112 from MP 0.72 to MP 56.55. The existing fish barriers will be replaced with new structures and reconstructed stream channels to provide unimpeded passage for fish of all life stages. Work will include, but is not limited to, fish exclusion and temporary stream bypass systems, maintenance of traffic utilizing temporary traffic bypasses, removal of the existing fish barriers, earthwork above and below ordinary high water, structure and wall construction, roadway reconstruction, guardrail removal and installation, channel reconstruction, streambed restoration, roadside restoration, erosion control, water management and traffic control. The project will realign SR 112 in the vicinity of Indian Creek at MP 29.12
