The project is envisioned as a modern, multi-use community asset that serves all age groups, with robust recreational programming, senior services, and an indoor synthetic turf sports complex.

SPR is requesting Proposals from qualified general contractors to provide General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) services for the Green Lake Community Center Renovation and New Aquatics Center. This is a phased project that includes preconstruction services and construction of a new aquatics center, replacement of the existing play area and renovation of the existing community center.
The project will utilize the GC/CM contracting procedure defined in RCW 39.10.
