GCCM Fire Station 8 Seismic Upgrade

The City of Vancouver is seeking proposals from highly qualified, prospective General Contractor/Construction Manager firms (GC/CM Firm or Contractor) to perform the Preconstruction Services and potential construction of the Fire Station 8 Seismic Upgrade located at 213 NE 120th Ave., Vancouver, WA 98684.
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting/Site Visit will take place on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at 10:00 am at 213 NE 120th Ave., Vancouver WA 98684. Attendance is not a pre-requisite for submitting a proposal. Comments by City Staff will be limited to a review of the project.

Progressive Design Build Services for So Interceptor Rehabilitation Project

The County intends to procure a design-build team to provide progressive design-build services for this Project. The Project generally includes rehabilitation of the South Interceptor to include reinforcement of both sewer pipe and rehabilitation of up to seven (7) maintenance holes. High-capacity temporary diversion pumping through temporary piping and odor control at each discharge location will be necessary to complete the work.

WSDOT has a new design-build contract opportunity for you. The SR 518 – Tukwila International Boulevard Station (TIBS) Bus Rapid Transit Project
The SR 518, Tukwila International Boulevard Station (TIBS) Bus Rapid Transit (Project) will create a new Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) station on SR 518 between mileposts 2.49 and 2.91, to connect the existing Tukwila International Boulevard Link light rail station and communities to the south of SR 518. This project includes roadway modifications, new bus only lanes, and pedestrian bridges to access the new Stride bus rapid transit stations and related facilities.
