Island County is advertising for purchases of services, materials, equipment, supplies and leases between $5,000 and $25,000 by soliciting competitive quotes from vendors who have submitted their business information to Island County for inclusion on the Vendor List.

Lynden School District #504 solicits interested, licensed contractors for inclusion on its Small Works Roster. This roster will identify those qualified contractors interested in submitting proposals on projects estimated to cost not more than $300,000.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Ferndale Public Works Department is now accepting applications for its Small Works Roster and Vendor List for the year 2018.

2017-2020 Critical Patient Care And Specialized Medical Research Facilities Roster – General Contractors
Description: The University of Washington (UW) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified general contractors for its Critical Patient Care and Specialized Medical Research Facilities Roster (Roster), pursuant to RCW 28B.20.744. This Roster may be used to solicit and award contracts for construction, building, renovation, remodeling, alteration, repair, or improvements for projects at the University of Washington Medical Center (UWMC), Harborview Medical Center (HMC), and facilities where specialized medical research is conducted. Critical Patient Care and Specialized Medical Research Facilities Roster projects are defined by statute as those projects with an estimated construction cost of $5,000,000 or less.
This Roster will be used to solicit contractors through December 31, 2020.

The Public Utility District No. 1 of Whatcom County is accepting applications from qualified contractors wishing to be approved for listing upon Whatcom PUD’s 2018 Small Works Roster.
Contractors whose names appear on the Roster may submit job/bid proposals for public works contracts that are less than $300,000.
To be considered by Whatcom PUD and approved to be included on Whatcom PUD’s Small Works Roster each contractor shall: be a responsible bidder as defined by current Washington State Law; have a current Certificate of Registration as a Contractor in the State of Washington; have a current Washington State Unified Business Identifier number; if applicable, Industrial Insurance coverage for the applicant’s employees working in the State of Washington; have an Employment Security Department number; have a Washington State Excise Tax registration number; have a Workmen’s Compensation Experience Factor equal to or less than 1.0; have the ability to bond projects in the amount of $300,000 or less; have personnel with a minimum of 5 years experience in the trade or scope of work indicated in the Application; be able to submit a Certificate of Insurance for the minimum amounts indicated in the Application; and have satisfactory qualifications to receive Safety Training and Security Clearances from Whatcom PUD’s industrial customers.

The Port of Anacortes is accepting applications to be placed on the Small Works Roster of the Port. Applicants, where required by law, must be properly licensed or registered to perform work in the State of Washington.
Contractors whose names appear on the Small Works Roster may be contacted from time to time to submit job proposals for contracts in the amount of $300,000 or less.
