RFQ Engineering Firms
The City of Langley is requesting qualifications from professional engineering firms to perform design engineering and construction management for the City of Langley Water Management Utility Improvements. The City of Langley Water Management Utility Improvements were developed over 18 months with extensive public input. Improvements include water, sewer, storm water extensions and replacements. Also included is pavement restoration over the utility improvements.
Submit a statement of qualifications before 2:00pm November 1, 2019 to Stan Berryman, Public Works Director, 112 Second Street (or PO Box 366) Langley. WA 98260
The estimated cost for the improvements is $7 million dollars. Funding for the improvements is contingent on a voter approved bond on November 5, 2019 and an Island County Rural Economic Development Grant.
Criteria: The following criteria will be used by the City to select the most qualified firm: Firm Experience Proposed Consulting Team Members and their Qualifications (Based on resumes for assigned staff and consultants) References and Experience (Based on the list of similar projects or relevant experience provided with the submission)

Notice is hereby given that the City of Bellingham (City) seeks to hire a consultant to implement water assessments for single-family and multi-unit residential water customers that participate in the Community Energy Challenge. The City’s Water Use Efficiency program (WUE) provides rebate opportunities to its single-family and multi-unit water customers that receive both an energy and water assessment of their residence. The selected consultant will work at the direction of City staff.

RFP Water And Sewer Utility Extension Engineering Design Services
The Town of Concrete is seeking proposals to provide professional design services for water and sewer utility extensions at Mears Field, Concrete Municipal Airport.
Binding Site Plan recorded under Skagit County Auditors #201710190004.
The project will consist of assessing the most efficient way to serve the airport with water and sewer service and then designing the required water and sewer service lines.
The experience of the engineer with similar types of projects in a small-town environment will be a consideration in the selection of the consultant. The professional credentials of the engineer will also be a major determinant in the selection process, along with a demonstrated understanding of the town’s needs.
Proposals should be prepared simply and economically, providing a straightforward, concise description of the provider’s capabilities to satisfy the requirements of the request.
