Snohomish County is seeking the services of multiple full-time inspectors to provide construction inspection of 4 or more public works projects.
Construction Management work under this RFQ includes all work required to perform oversight and monitoring of project construction activities. The Consultant must be familiar with WSDOT requirements for documentation and material acceptance as well as the Standard Specifications.

RFQ Architects for School Construction
The Blaine School District is requesting statements of qualification from architectural firms with experience in school construction projects. The Blaine School District is currently planning various remodels, roofing, additions and preliminary design projects campus-wide over the next five year period.
Submittals in response to this Request will be accepted until 4:30pm (PST) January 10, 2020 at the following email address: aporter@blainesd.org
Submittals should be in made in a word searchable pdf document and emailed to aporter@blainesd.org. The subject line must read, “Statement of Qualifications”.
The Statement of Qualification should address the following: 1) Areas of expertise for which the statement is submitted; 2) Experience with school construction projects; 3) Ability to perform within a specific time frame; and 4) Ability to perform within an established budget. 5) Location of office 6) Full time equivalent (FTE) of staff currently assigned to the office 7) List of architectural staff, including experience, and years with firm
