will identify, evaluate and initiate implementation of a range of infill and inclusionary housing
strategies called for in the City s Affordable Housing Action Plan (AHAS) and the One Tacoma
Comprehensive Plan.

RFQ Architect Qualifications Meridian High School Gym HVAC & Related Roof Replacement Phase 2
Submittals Due: 3:00pm, March 6, 2020
The Meridian School District is utilizing the Request for Qualifications process for acquiring architectural and related engineering consultant services. The District invites you to submit your architectural firm’s qualifications for architectural and related consulting services for the design, construction documents, construction administration, and other related services for the Meridian High School Gym HVAC & Related Roof Replacement Phase 2.
This project will be delivered using the design-bid-build approach. For purposes of this submittal, related engineering consultant services may include mechanical, electrical, structural and/or envelope consultants that will be under contract with the selected architectural firm.
Submittal Requirements: Provide 1 electronic copy of your qualifications, and 6 paper copies, by 3:00p.m. March 6, 2020 to: James Everett, Superintendent Meridian School District No 505 214 W. Laurel Road Bellingham, WA 98226 Email: bstephan@meridian.wednet.edu
All questions regarding your submittal should be directed by email to: Tex Ladish, Project Manager, at tladish@nwesd.org. Please adhere to the following format to facilitate review of your qualifications:
1. Provide general information about your firm including size, lo cation and length of time in business, etc.
2. Demonstrate examples of similar projects designed by your firm, or members of your firm
3. Demonstrate experience with school projects
4. Provide a list of consultants that you propose for your team and a summary of their relevant experience
5. List professional references and testimonials from school district clients 6.Other information you feel differentiates your firm from the others.
Selection of a firm may be made directly from submitted statements of qualifications or as a result of subsequent firm interviews at the District’s discretion.
The District reserves the right to reject all submissions. Limit the submittal to a maximum of 10 pages not including the cover sheet.

Consultant Services – Washington State University
Washington State University periodically requires consultant services less than $300,000.00 for planning, design, special studies, inspections, and construction related services.
The Department of Facilities Services maintains a Consultant Roster for these services as allowed by RCW 39.80. Once registered, Consultants will be selected from the Consultant Roster on the basis of specific project requirements and in conformance with the Department of Facilities Services policy. The current registration form can be found at https://facilities.wsu.edu/consultants/.
Interested firms must submit their Statement of Qualifications and Registration form by April 3, 2020 in order to be eligible for the current year’s roster.

Professional Architectural, Engineering, and Other Consulting Services 20-01
This roster is open through June 30, 2020, and may be extended through the end of 2020. Submittals will be accepted at any time while the roster is valid.
Whatcom County is generally announcing its projected requirements for certain professional architectural, engineering, and other consulting services including recycling, education, environmental protection and restoration, waste and pollution prevention, planning and management services, for the first half of calendar year 2020. To be considered, firms must submit all the information requested in the RFQ document.
