The City of Bellingham is seeking qualifications from interested architectural and engineering consultants to aid in development of a project for the remodel, alteration, and upgrade of the Library Building located at 210 Central Avenue. The scope of work will include design development, construction documentation suitable for bidding and construction, and contract administration during construction.
The consultant tasks shall take place within a schedule anticipating completion of construction before the end of the year 2020.

RFQ Consulting Services for: ADA Transition Plan for Public Rights-of-Way #19-03
The Whatcom County Public Works Department is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms for preparation of an ADA Transition Plan to evaluate Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance and accessibility to pedestrian facilities in the public rights-of-way.

Consultant Services – WSU
Washington State University periodically requires consultant services less than $300,000.00 for planning, design, special studies, inspections, and construction related services.
The Department of Facilities Services maintains a Consultant Roster for these services as allowed by RCW 39.80. Once registered, Consultants will be selected from the Consultant Roster on the basis of specific project requirements and in conformance with the Department of Facilities Services policy.
The current registration form can be found at Interested firms must submit their Statement of Qualifications and Registration form by April 5, 2019 in order to be eligible for the current year’s roster.
