Description: Development of two commercial/industrial buildings on a 4.5 acre lot on the corner of Roeder and Hilton Avenues in the Waterfront District urban village. The building addressed 1025 Hilton Ave. is proposed to be 13,500 square feet with one story plus mezzanines, and the building at 1035 Hilton Ave. is proposed to be one-story and 6,250 square feet. The project is proposed to include landscaping, construction of a parking lot and improvements to Hilton Ave. Vehicle access to the property is proposed to be from Hilton Ave.
