There are projects we can't get.  They are Small Works Roster Projects.  Some Rosters are Shared Rosters - including multiple areas/locations. Every Small Works Roster has it's own limits - some are under $200,000, some are under $20,000.  If you list your company, you will be notified of jobs pertaining to your specialization.
