Project Description: Construction of a three-story mixed-use building containing 8 units a ground floor Live/Work unit and commercial space, landscaping, and on-site parking accessed from the alley.
Project Location: 2524 Meridian St., Cornwall Park Neighborhood, Area 9. Urban Village, Fountain District Urban Village, Commercial Core zoning designation.

Project Description: Proposed remodel and addition to an existing one-story office building with a daylight basement. The addition is two stories and will include 7 new dwelling units and a revised parking lot off the alley, in the Downtown District urban village.
